Dat exam

I took my DAT today for the third time. I don’t feel like I did well the first time I took my DAT. I got 16 and the second time I got 18 I wanted to improve my score but somehow I didn’t take my exam well. I was gonna submit my application. I have a good application, but I think I need to retake my dat for the 4times. Can someone give me an advice and tell me what to do? Should I submit my application or should I not and wait
