how long r u spending on PT per day

Would love to know the above! Especially at varied stages of ur rehab. I’m 15 days post op and i feel like im not doing enough as i feel pretty good physically but just very lazy. I’m supposed to do exercises 3 times per day but im doing them for 5 min at a time. It feels .. easy? Maybe that’s why I’m not motivated. But i also don’t want to push myself as I’m not allowed to at this stage.

25F and have a 14 hour flight 7 weeks post op for a conference I’m presenting at. My produce involves: acl reconstruction with patella tendon graft, meniscus repair, leat and staple removal from a past procedure
This is my 3rd knee surgery and I well versed with recovery. However, I am unsure of how risky it is to fly for 14 hours at 7 weeks post op. My surgeon advised against it but said we will re-evaluate how my recovery is going at 4 weeks post op.

Has anyone done anything similar? Any tips to speed up healing and reduce risks on the flight?
