UFO?

Last night, approx 11:00pm.
Prague, Czech Republic. Facing due East (from 5th floor balcony). Clear night minus lots of light pollution.
What was this?
No blinkers. Low in horizon. Brighter than any star. Moving fast. It seems to slow down and speed up at some points. It seems to dip a bit and go up a bit. As soon as i ended recording it banked very sharply and went out of sight quickly (approx 5 seconds or so). I assume it turned sharply to the East directly away from my position and went straight. Ideas? Plane without blinkers? Doubtful. Lantern? No chance? _one?Sure, but operating in Prague is unlawful.
So? Ideas?

Recently moved from a Prague 9 flat in the Harfa area. Landlord ‘took’ 6.5k for ‘cleaning’ and minor repairs. This after i spent 4 hours cleaning, sanding, plastering and painting. Even the property manager the owner pays said everything looked fine and signed off on it in the hand-over protocol.

BUT! I’m complaining more so about the lack of support renters have here. The power I’m lance between owners and renters here is absurd. There is zero inclination I’m adding any mechanism to help balance this when 83% of flats are ‘owned’ and not rented. The owners do t want to relinquish any of that. Now I know there are honest land plods out there but when was the last time someone posted a happy story here?

I’ve been told that England has an interesting system (please confirm or correct?) - ll security deposits go into a national fund and can o it be accessed once both parties agree and sign off on the transfer? That’s a novel approach that o can’t imagine happening here but one can dream.

So, can we brainstorm some ideas? What can renters do to move the needle even a little bit? Going to court is the only option and it takes considerably more money and headache than it’s worth so it rarely ever happens - and landlords know this and absolutely take adv of it.

I’d love to hear some ideas from this community. Who knows, maybe one idea rises up, gets some support and within a few years gets implemented:)

Gotta stat somewhere!
