Hi all,

Posting for a friend with ADHD who wants to learn to cycle as an adult. They never learned growing up and are looking for beginner-friendly lessons/classes around Dublin.

Main thing is somewhere patient and non-judgemental, ideally with bikes provided as they don’t own one yet.

Any recommendations or experiences appreciated 🙂
