Hey question for yall. So I had a case in doing w my periodontist where we ext and immediate implant and temps for 8 and 9. This was all done a few months ago and now pt is ready for restorations BUT just last week #9 implant was deemed to be failing and it was removed and grafted.

Would you consider this a viable treatment to just restore that site with an implant crown on 8 and a cantaleiver crown on 9? Or should the pt wait another few months for #9 reimplantation to do both 8 and 9 as single unit implant crowns?
