Hello, I’m a 4th year dental student and I’ve been stuck with an Endo case of lower 5 , it all started when I wanted to take the working length using the apex locator and it showed an overextension , so my doctor/supervisor told me to size up the files , not knowing that the apex locators in our clinics aren’t the best and can give wrong readings , however , I after some time I got a reading and it gave me a 00 indicating reaching the apex , however on radiographs , it showed a very very short file , I’m freaking out on wither it’s a perforation , a ledge ? A transportation ? Or even a lateral/ split canal, my clinic is tomorrow please help
