I’m 9 weeks PO from TT and muscle repair of 6 cm diastasis recti from twin pregnancy, no lipo.

Can anyone with a similar body type tell me how to get through this swelling (mostly mentally)? I wake up pretty flat, so I’m hopeful I’ll see the light one day but this is midday swelling and I feel like I look 4 months pregnant. It’s so frustrating! My hips and thighs feel huge and I still can’t comfortably wear my jeans. Somehow I weigh less than pre-op but feel like a balloon.
Any words of encouragement this isn’t my forever look?

I’ve returned to light exercise and am terrified of ruining my muscle repair. I don’t think I have though??
