Fatigue

I can’t tell if I am more tired than other people. I can go to the gym and run, walking is ok but I feel like I just can’t stand up still for long periods of time. I always need to lean on something.

My best friend has been mad at me bc I left her at the mall and she called me selfish for that and not wanting to go to the bank/run errands with her and I can’t help but wonder if she doesn’t understand because the experience isn’t as miserable for her. Whenever I go it’s so tiring.

I’m not completely exhausted idk how to explain it but I feel it in my head. Is that just me or does it seem lupus related?

Idk if this is relevant but I’ve been diagnosed for a few years but I only had one big flare-up. My symptoms are usually pretty mild just some pain in my joints.
