Spirit at work HELP NEEDED!!!
Hey I'm posting on here to see if anyone can help me, I work as a cleaner and have an awful experience every time I clean a certain room. The whole building is eerie and the other cleaners have said this too, when I go to this room I feel a heaviness and a darkness surround me which terrifies me. In various spots of the room I frequently see shadow figures, the feeling they come with is truly frightening. Once I walk away from this room down the corridor the heaviness lifts and I'm fine again, I genuinely dread going into that room. Apparently other workers have felt a presence loom over them which is so scary. How do I combat this, I tried to introduce myself and ask whatever it is to stop and I'm just trying to do my job but it feels unavoidable, it's just a sinister energy that freaks the f out of me. If anyone could advise me I would much appreciate it!
