Hello, I bought a gorgeous lucite and brass adjustable floor lamp at an estate sale, and I am in love! I need to remove the damaged lacquer and rewire it, but I can’t unscrew these two pieces (the old wire is stuck inside). I’ve tried a ton of wd40 and heating the male end, but I only got a wiggle. Any suggestions for what I might try? I can’t give up on this lamp!
