I have been doing meditation for the past 4-5 years now, but I have always been fascinated about the process, feeling, and clarity one feels after a good session. I started the gateway tapes last year and have been an ardent believer of the tangible impact it leaves on an individual. The first astral projection experience was back in 2014 when I knew nothing about it, neither had i heard anything about it ever. It was a guided one, meaning my spirit guide was the one responsible for my experience that night. At least this is what I extremely strongly believe.
Fast forward to 2019, I met a traveler from London in Goa, India. He was a full time traveler and had travelled multiple countries by then in search of something, which even he didn’t know. We just happened to talk about life when he shared about how extremely misunderstood he was when he suddenly started astral projecting. Even good psychologists could not empathize and relate with him. Eventually he was put on medication. He had lost all hopes and was losing grips on reality. He actually thought he had gone crazy. But I knew what this was and I just said don’t worry, I know exactly what you experienced with ‘astral projection’. He broke into happy tears as someone saw him for what he was, and not just as some lunatic. IT WAS THEN when he told me about Dr. Robert Monroe and his book Journeys Out of the Body. That was my first introduction to Dr.Monroe and to the Gateway tapes. As mentioned above, I got started with the tapes just last year in 2025.
From experiencing astral projection in 2014 to knowing about gateway tapes in 2019 and then actually getting started with the tapes in 2025, IT TOOK ME 11 YEARS, for some reason. I love the tapes, especially free flow F12. That’s where the real fun happens, the real insights get drawn, at least for me.
Apologize for the VERY LONG intro but I genuinely felt like sharing it. Now the MAIN QUESTION:
Since January 1st 2026, my first F12 state of this year, I am constantly getting the same image where 2 grind stones are turning against each other. They are kept beside each other and turning, with one edge always in contact with the other. They are not stacked on top of each other. As days and months are passing by in 2026, in my image, the speed with which these grid stones are rotating is increasing. It is not a positive feeling honestly. With everything which is happening in the world right now, my image and the speed checks. I wanted to know if anybody else has been getting a similar visual during mediation or a similar feeling. Also, I would love to know what could be some deciphered meaning of this image.
