is georgism in simple terms: you can have land, as long as it's land you you are actually doing something on and not keeping barren. And if you do buy extra amount of land, make sure you have enough money that you can pay some pretty hefty taxes?
*buy extra land that you aren't planning on improving or modifying.
also something im curious about:
- maintence without big improvements is fine right (sorry if that's a dumb question)
- if a landlord owns a building they allow for rent and only keep within their constraints but they are also not doing any kind of maintenance would that have consequences? If it will how will it be found out and what are the consequences for that?
