01/16/2026 – Biometrics completed
04/23/2026 - DACA Expired
April 1, 2026 – Submitted 3 expedite requests through USCIS (medical + employment hardship) due to high-risk pregnancy (currently 35 weeks pregnant)
• Contacted 2 PA Senators (1 Dem, 1 Republican) and 1 PA Congressmember for help
05/18/2026
• Received all 3 congressional responses confirming USCIS reviewed expedite request and will be sent to adjudicating officer around 10:00am EST
• USCIS case updated same day internally via API LINK
• DACA (I-821D) approved same day (silent approval)
I-765 Work Permit: still processing at time of approval

For anyone going through delays, especially moms and those in high-risk pregnancies, don’t lose hope!! Keep advocating and reaching out for help. Such a traumatic experience that I had to go through this pregnant, esp given that this process moved after months of silence. All glory to Jesus for making a way through this and tbh my faith in Him got me through the hard mental days!!
