Any hints on how to negotiate and ask the ASML to get the maximum from an internal role? After Reorg company looks like it is loosing several engineers and they may want to be a bit proactive and value people who stayed. Besides the reorg is done in a terrible way (several incompetent people got PROMOTED!!!). I want to ensure how to negotiate internally to get the maximum out from ASML? I applied to 2 roles at different JGs. I want to ensure I get the maximum out of whichever happens for me.
Another questions: is it possible to secure stocks from ASML?
