Got Google feedback, feels like a soft rejection

A little over a month after my interview loop I got a call. Said I did very well in the cognitive/Googleyness, did pretty good in the hardware interview and did okay in the storytelling/STAR method interview; I know that was by far my weakest part. The latter is where they had some reservations on my overall profile. Invited me to interview again in about six months for a higher role (assuming L2) if I can upskill a little bit in hardware and networking. She asked me if that's something I'd be interested in. Of course I said yes. She mentioned they didn't have any available L1 roles at this time which is where I'm slotted at with all things considered.

Is this normal feedback?

Anyone have better success going through a 2nd interview loop?

Had my first colonoscopy, got my biopsy results back today.

I'm 40 and never had any real health issues before. After some concerning bloody bowel movements off and on the past year ( I thought they were just hemorrhoids). I got a colonoscopy scheduled and done. They found several masses in the deep rectal region and I'm not going to lie that alone scared the hell out of me.

Today I got the results back and while it's not outright cancer, they found it to be "fragments of tubulovillous adenoma with high grade dysplasia", precancerous. Still scary but not the worst case scenario. My doctor is urging me to get it removed asap, the mass is too spread out to remove during a colonoscopy.

I'm one part relieved, another part anxious, I haven't had positive experiences navigating our healthcare system in the US and I know I'm not completely out of the woods yet.
