Hi so got my wisdom teeth out 11 days ago. My left side has been my problematic side, and every time I try to lay down on my left side it still feels like I got punched in the face on that side. When I feel my face it feels like there is a bump on my jawline, and just overall tightness when I try to eat or smile. Left side has been the one that I am still taking 800 of ibuprofen daily for. (However it’s been fine this morning) Is this normal? My right side is pretty much totally fine, just mild soreness if I push too much.

I thought it might be infection but when I look at the socket it looks totally fine, no redness, pus ect. I do sometimes have a bad taste in the morning on that side but I also sleep with my mouth open sometimes.

Hello, I just got my wisdom teeth removed today at 9 am. It is now 7:30 and the right lower side of my mouth is still completely numb. I was not told about any risks in my scenario for nerve damage. Could this possibly go away over night? The numbness is in my right tongue, teeth, lip, and chin.
