Thoughts on The Kenmore Apartments on Connecticut Ave NW?
I’m considering applying to The Kenmore Apartments on Connecticut Ave NW in Chevy Chase DC and wanted to hear from people who have lived there recently.
I’ve already toured the building and the unit I saw looked pretty nice in person. The location works well for me, and the price is around $1800 all-in for a 1 bed / 1 bath, which is why I’m seriously considering it. However, I checked Google reviews afterward and saw several bad reviews, so I’m trying to figure out whether those are older/exaggerated or if there are real day-to-day issues.
For anyone who has lived there in the last year or two: how is it with maintenance, pests, elevators, noise, parking, safety, and management? Does it look better on tour than it actually is, or is it a decent place if expectations are realistic?
