I've built up over 80% equity in my current H&I home and the rental income is comfortably covering all the bills. With rates are at the low point, my wife asking to leveraging that to buy another rental on the Shore. Do you reckon now's a good time to buy, or is the market still a bit flat? I still want to clear the current mortgage for piece of mind.
