Hi, all -- I'd like to buy a clay pot to bring home with me. I'd like it to be handmade and local to Chile. I will be cooking in it, not leaving it on a shelf to display. My time is short, so I need to be able to buy it in Santiago. Any suggestions for where to go? How to tell if I am buying something authentic?
