PSA: It is legal to possess Kratom in an airport where it is legal

Kratom is not federally banned, so it is legal to possess after the security checkpoint, and if the airport is in a place where it is legal then it is also legal to possess before the security checkpoint.

Recently I packed Kratom in my carryon in a legal state, and had no issues getting it past security. If they were to search your carryon for some reason and discover it, then maybe as a precaution you could throw it away before boarding your flight, in case they tip the local law enforcement of your destination. But for going through security itself, I see no reason why you would be prevented from bringing Kratom, because it is legal to possess there.

Why such huge parking lots?

I live in a standard mid-sized American city, and if overnight an excellent public transportation system were to magically appear, with busses, subways, light rails, I think people would still mostly use cars, because even if you could easily get to a number of stops in the city via public transport, everything is so far apart because of the parking lots, so a stop is only good for getting to maybe the 1 or 2 stores immediately next to it.

In Europe, and cities like New York and San Francisco, you can literally walk to hundreds of stores from the stop, because the stores are all packed together because there are no parking lots.

So my question is what is the reason for the massive parking lots? For example, there is a furniture store where I live that has a massive parking lot that is perpetually empty. It makes sense that it's empty because furniture stores typically don't get that busy, because people don't buy furniture that often. And yet it has a parking lot the size of a Walmart. Why?

Why are American parking lots so huge? Why aren't parking lots being taxed at a higher rate, so that furniture stores don't build needlessly huge parking lots? Why aren't multi story parking garages incentivized more? I think these are important questions to think about, because I really think the huge parking lots in America are the biggest reason why it is so unwalkable here.

Daily usage and tolerance

On days that I take Kratom I take 1.5g, which is a very effective dose for me, and so far I have been very careful to not to take Kratom more frequently than every 3 days, because this is what people on the internet say to do to avoid tolerance increasing.

But since I take a low dose, I am wondering if I could take it more frequently (e.g. daily) without tolerance increasing. If there is no point in waiting 3 days at this low dose, then I will just take it every day. But if it increases tolerance then I would rather wait than for my tolerance to increase. Has anyone had experience with this dose/frequency (1.5g daily)? Did your tolerance go up?
