Waiting several hours to flush the toilet to prevent wear and tear and save on the water bill. Am I garbage?

I couple years ago I had kidney stones and my doctor said I'm more prone to them than the average person so I really need to up my water intake. So every morning I drink 5 16 oz glasses of water, about 30 minutes apart each. I like my new routine and it has helped a lot, it flushes my kidneys and helps my GI tract, but the one downside is it has me peeing every 20 minutes for the next 3 hours.

I was sick of flushing an extra 9-10 times a day after every pee, so I decided to wait until my final pee of the morning to flush the toilet. It saves on the water bill, and it saves over 3,000 flushes a year on my toilet. Am I garbage?
