Feeling tired, overdoing it?

Hi, I do gym like 4-5 days a week.

But last weekend i felt very tired when i went to visit my girl to keep up.

Is the gym causing an issue with me or should i continue or stop?

Also, i started recently and am doing just mon - upper body , tues - lower body, wed -cardio and remaining days some classes including dance.

Details: M25, 81KG, started gym in mid March and sitting job.
