Are these hemorrhoids?

Background: 30M with no medical history. Had my first hemorrhoid in December, swelled up all of a sudden, hard external lump that ended up popping on its own. Since Jan-Feb have had some bright red rectal bleeding and some pain while pooping. Mostly the bleeding is minimal, a few drops, sometimes some red in the toilet. I've had anal fissures for a while so bright red blood on the toilet paper is not new for me. I've had no melena stools, the stools are brown without blood in them. I have been more constipated since this began, my stools are harder than they were previously, leading to more straining. No abdominal pain or weight loss. Just want to confirm if you think these are hemorrhoids or should I get checked out more thoroughly. Thanks
