MD-11 jump scare
Always listening to daily traffic from EWR/TEB as most of them go right over my head. During climb they really do howl and I’ve developed and ear for it. Heard this plane and could tell the engines I was listening to sounded distinct. Went to check and found it was this FedEx md11, forgot they’re allowed to fly them again. I guess everything’s been checked proper since the fatal crash and aftermath but still an eerie feeling.
