Strange Times

So I wanted to see if this was common in other parts of the country right now. I live at the Maryland Eastern Shore. I drive Rt. 50 every day to work and see many gas stations during my 40 min commute. For the time ever, we have prices for “regular” gas that range from 4.09 to 4.49. This isn’t just one day either. This has been a thing for over a week now. What could be causing such a huge gap in pricing that could have a 7/11 charging 40 cents more than other stations within miles of each other??
