So I always wanted to try fish oil supplement and ordered a 40 capsule swisse high strength wild fish oil 1500 mcg from Amazon. Took it at night after dinner. From morning I'm having diarrhea. Does it mean the dosage is high or I'm not supposed to take fish oil at all. I eat all fish and had no issues, so I'm not allergic for sure. Please help!
