I was dealing with hangover last night and friend gave me what he called DHM (Superbonsai recovery??) plus electrolytes. I never heard of it and I'm not exactly sure if it's placebo or the electrolytes but it worked!!

Food poisoning completely wrecked my stomach. I'm feeling better now, but my gut still feels off and my stool honestly still doesn’t look normal yet.

A friend recommended Love wellness so I just started taking it (plus been drinking a lot of water), but I’m not sure if it’s actually going to do anything or if I just need more time. Anyone here noticed a real difference with it?
