Paypal only, if possible pay after activation, if you are vouched and willing to do pay after activation prolyl i would pay first so no issues.
Have been scammed before, i want to do activation first, if the seller seems really legit i might do activation after, but only contact me if you are willing to do activation first, and have any kind of warranty. I prefer paypal.
