 I have been on this plan for 3 years with out of network coverage. They recently emailed that they are increasing the premiums by a ALOT and then DENIED a recent claim because they suddently decided to crack down on their policies and no longer cover work to a tooth if ANY work was done to it in the last 2 years.

So I'm paying close to 1k a year for what again? so frustrating.

Anyone else?
