I’m a finance professional with 3+ years of experience currently earning around 20 LPA, and my best MBA convert so far is IIM Kozhikode.

From a purely financial and long-term career perspective, would pursuing the MBA still make sense in my case?

A few things I’m trying to understand:

• Is the opportunity cost justified at this compensation level?

• How realistic is it to see a meaningful jump in compensation post-MBA?

• Are there enough roles in consulting/finance/genman that would actually improve my trajectory?

Would especially appreciate inputs from IIMK seniors/alumni or people who joined with similar pre-MBA compensation levels.
