I passed!!!!
Passed this morning on my third attempt. I’ve been lurking on here for a few months taking on tips from other drivers, even ate 2 bananas before the test to calm my nerves! The first 2 tests really knocked my confidence because they were fairly manageable routes and I made silly mistakes. Interestingly enough, this morning, the examiner took me on a difficult route through some villages with tiny roads and national speed limit with passing places and thought it was over once I sensed where we were headed but happy to say the months of lessons are over, thank you to everyone on here who’ve shared their experiences. My faults were doing the final check before move off too late, slightly over steering while moving into the left lane to exit a roundabout and some pedestrians came into the road as I turned (no zebra cross!) paused (checked mirrors) and tried to let them pass but they seemed hesitant so I proceeded.
