Sweaty Hands Problem
Title says it all, my hands sweat profusely when I am anxious or stressed, which obviously happens often at work. The more I’m aware of it, the worse it gets.
A few times I have gone to greet a guest for my boss and my hands are so sweaty, I can’t bare to shake hands, so I just greet them as politely as I can without it (still rude, I know…).
Any tips or solutions? Other than the Howie Mandel fist pump lol
