Any approvals from the 39 countries after the USCIS adjudication pause has been shot down?
Just wanna see any good news.
This pause has been debilitating for my husband and I. He’s been waiting for his h1b renewal and he passed his 240 day extension during the pause so he’s currently is on unpaid administrative leave from his job. His license also expired during the pause and he can’t renew it without an approval so he can’t even drive right now. Thankfully his job has been working on a work permit for another country but we really don’t want to have to leave all of our friends and family. And I would have to enter this shitty job market to find a new job too.
So hearing about this news is literally our last glimmer of hope that we might really be able to stay here. We filed for premium processing yesterday (6/8). Praying we see an approval.
