Dirty clothing &security tags. The shipping process is a mess.
RANT:
Preface - The jeans and dress I got were for bridal events on an upcoming trip so there is added emotional baggage to this story.
I ordered a pair of jeans from Garage and a white dress from Dynamite (sister company so I can order it all in one cart).
For the dress, I went into store and tried it on. Loved it but when I checked it to make sure it didn’t have any rips/stains the bottom was completely black in dirt. They had 4 other size smalls on store ALL OF THEM DISGUSTING AND BLACK. Sales associate told me I could just wash it and it would come out…. girl if i’m paying 80$ before tax i expect the dress to at least come clean.
So I order the dress online, I ask the associate what the process is because I had fear it would just ship from my closest store resulting in me getting a dirty dress. Sales associate assured me they check the items before they ship it out. Well to no surprise I got a dirty dress. Didn’t even take it out of the packaging as I was worried about it being dirty and didn’t want to be blamed for it.
As for the jeans, thankfully they came clean (this shouldn’t be bare minimum) but the security tags are still attached.
I’m beyond upset as when I buy from a (decently) reputable company I expect the garments to be clean and ready to wear. This is soooooo frustrating
