Help! Why are my tomatoes so sad?

As you can see, all of my tomato branches have started curling down. I’ve had my veggie beds for a few years and never had this issue, but I recently tried two things for the first time: six days ago I sprinkled some Miracle Gro in all of my beds. Five days ago I added mulch. They started to look this way the day after mulching, then perked back up for a day or two, and now they’re looking unhappy again. Most of the info I’m finding online is making me think I have contaminated mulch. None of my other plants seem to be affected (squash, cucumber, strawberry, beans, peppers). I really don’t think it’s a watering issue. Should I try to remove all the mulch? If the plants don’t die, will they be safe to eat? Any advice or experience with this would be so helpful!
