Weird inner wall issue after switching to 0.6 hardened steel nozzle

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently started using an Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo and so far it has been working pretty well.

Recently I decided to swap the hotend for an AliExpress one with a 0.6 mm hardened steel nozzle. I’m using Anycubic Slicer Next with the default 0.6 mm Generic PLA profile. The only thing I changed was the temperature, since I’m printing with Spectrum Premium PLA.

Now I’m getting this issue, shown in the photo. It looks like the printer starts the inner wall too late, or there is some kind of under-extrusion at the start of the wall.

I’m not ruling out a model issue either — these are custom boxes designed in FreeCAD 1.1.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Could this be a slicer setting, pressure advance / flow issue, or possibly a problem with the model?
