I was diagnosed with chronic inactive gastritis with erosions exactly one year ago. It was stressed related. The healing process took a few months, and after that I felt completely normal for about seven months. I could eat almost anything and live a normal life.

Then, about a week and a half ago, it came back suddenly during the night. Since then, the pain has been constant. I have pain in my upper abdomen 24/7, and it just won’t go away.

I started taking esomeprazole four days ago, and I hope it will help. I also bought zinc-L-carnosine.
I’ve been drinking lemon balm tea before bed, and I’m also planning to try potato juice.
