Idk if I'm just weird but astringency is so good to be honest because it makes flavour have texture I'm just rambling but I think I'm crazy because when I give my friends my tea they say it's disgusting and sour but the astringency is just so good to me and everything else just tastes flat so I always overview it but to me it just tastes perfect
