I think I am DONE seeing patients. I’ve been through burnout before, took a mental health leave, quit my previous position but now I feel I’m approaching again. It’s rough out here.

I’d like to explore non-clinical roles. My background is a FNP in Texas with 10 yrs experience mostly in OBGYN. Anyone with history of success finding these?
