I’m aware mounjaro can cause a slight increase in heart rates but I was wondering what other people’s experiences were? I’ve been on mounjaro for 11 weeks have always been an anxious person, I’m currently on 3.75mg so still low dose & have been having a resting heart rate between 70-80 previously it was quite low 50-60, I’ve also experienced a few times which felt like a panic attack whilst my resting my heart rate went up to 145! It’s making me worry that there might be more of underlying problem or am I just a anxious mess lol .. I now dread jab day 🫠

So I’ve been on mounjaro for 7 weeks, I’m still on the 2.5mg pen I’ve lost a total of 10lb which was mostly from the first two weeks of starting but haven’t lost anything in the last 3 weeks.. I’m taking this as a sign to move up a dose? Worried about 5mg so might do 3.75 first how many clicks is that on a 5mg pen?
