I feel like my(30M, 88kg) progress is too slow for the amount of time I’ve been going to the gym

The first time I trained for four months consistently was 6 years ago. After that I started hitting the gym again last year in August. I did lose two months due to lack of consistency in this period.

I’ve been tracking my protein, calories, macros, all that stuff. Why am I taking so long to improve? My reps seem to improve (1-2 reps per muscle group on average) every workout, but I don’t see much difference in my body.

P.S The lighting jn the photo is doing a lot of heavy lifting to make me better than I actually look.

My workout routine:

Chest and Shoulders

Incline dumbbell rows: 4 sets
Bench press: 3 sets
Chest cable flys: 3 sets

Seated overhead dumbbell press: 3 sets
Dumbbell lateral raise: 4 sets

Tricep rope pushdowns: 3 sets

Next day
Back and Arms

Assisted pull-ups: 3 sets
Barbell rows: 3 sets
Seated cable row: 3 sets
Face pull: 3 sets

Barbell curl: 3 sets
Hammer curl: 3 sets
Dumbbell static hold: 3 sets

Two days rest, repeat

Please give me some advice on what I need to do to improve, thanks in advance!
