myquals 10. my current school has a fee of 8 lakhs per session and i assume this falls in the rather premium spectrum of schools in india. when i joined it 3 years ago, i thought it would be an opportunity to socialise and make friends with people who were more than just either enslaved to the school curriculum or totally uncaring about studies. But after 3 final examinations here, i have realised that premium schools dont mean all of these, its actually rather bunch of kids which crazy rich parents who are either politicians or have massive bussiness empires established that they dont have to worry about academics or their future. i am so much into social science, politics, geopolitics and literature but sadly, everyday,the classes passes by with conversations about their newest ice king and d3s. its funny atp. i dont criticise them for being this way , i just wanted to share this here as somewhat of a confession. anyways, till then i shall wait to find a kindred spirit in someone who shares the same interests for knowledge as i do, someone with whom i can discuss about topics such as the manipur conflict without bias, books like a tale of two cities and our hopeful future as useful members of this great and ever growing nation.
