Hello, I'm looking for a children's picture book that I had when I was little, probably from the 1990s or 2000s—or maybe even older. 

The only memories I have of this book are as follows: A fairy named Violette, a big flower festival at the end, the fairies wore bellflowers as hats on their heads, and they lived in tree trunks.
