Anyone Actually Make Their Own Sea Salt Spray for Beachy Waves?

i’m trying to get those cute beachy waves without buying yet another hair product

i keep seeing DIY sea salt spray recipes all over the internet and now i’m wondering if they actually work lol. do you make your own, and if so what do you put in it?

is it literally just salt and water or do you add things like conditioner, aloe vera, or a little oil? i have pretty straight hair and i’m mainly after that effortless, tousled beachy look without making my hair feel crunchy, sticky, or super dry.

would love to hear your recipes, tips, and any mistakes to avoid before i start spraying random stuff on my hair .

My acne is gone but the dark marks stayed... what actually helped your post-acne hyperpigmentation?

my pimples are finally gone but now i’m stuck with all these dark marks .

like the actual acne has mostly cleared up, but it left little brown/red spots all over my cheeks and chin. honestly sometimes it feels like the marks look worse than the breakouts did lol.

i've been trying to be patient but they seem to fade sooo slowly. i keep seeing people talk about vitamin c, niacinamide, azelaic acid, retinol, sunscreen, etc. and now i'm overwhelmed.

for those of you who successfully got rid of post-acne hyperpigmentation, what actually made the biggest difference for you? how long did it take before you noticed results?

would love to hear your experiences because i'm tired of feeling like i'm playing whack-a-mole with my skin.

Can't get to a spa, so I'm bringing the spa to me. What's your at-home spa day routine?

I can’t really get to a spa these days, so I’m trying to bring the spa to me.

I’ve been feeling stressed, tired, and honestly just need a little reset without spending a ton of money. I see people talking about doing "spa days" at home, but I’m not sure what actually makes it feel relaxing and worth the effort.

Right now I usually just throw on a face mask and call it a day lol. Do you guys do anything extra that makes it feel more like a real spa experience? Like bath soaks, body scrubs, candles, hair masks, foot soaks, relaxing playlists, whatever.

I’m looking for simple ideas that actually help you unwind and feel pampered for a few hours. What’s your at-home spa day routine?

Brows getting messy, are eyebrow scissors with comb actually easy to use.

My eyebrows are starting to look really messy between appointments, and I’m trying to figure out the easiest way to clean them up at home without ruining the shape.

I keep seeing those eyebrow scissors that come with a little comb attached, and they look like they’d make trimming easier, but I’m honestly nervous about taking off too much hair by accident. I’ve never trimmed my brows myself before, so I’m looking for something beginner-friendly that’s actually easy to control.

There are so many brands online that all claim to be the best, but the reviews are all over the place. Some people say they work great, while others say the comb is useless or the scissors feel cheap.

If you’ve used eyebrow scissors with a comb, were they actually easy to use? Did they help keep your brows neat without making them look uneven? Also, if you have a brand you genuinely trust, I’d really appreciate recommendations from real people instead of sponsored reviews.

How do you pick the right blush shade for your skin?

i swear i can never find the middle ground. every time i buy a blush because it looks pretty on someone else, i get home and somehow end up looking either super washed out or like i went way too hard with it lol.

for those of you who finally figured out your perfect blush shade, how did you do it? do you go by skin tone, undertone, hair color, or is it all just trial and error?

for reference, i feel like bright pinks look kinda crazy on me, but peach shades sometimes make me look weird too. i'm honestly confused at this point.

what blush shades work best for you and what skin tone do you have?

My Hair Looks So Dull — How Do You Get That Glossy Shampoo Commercial Shine?

My hair looks so dull lately and I’m honestly jealous of those girls whose hair looks all shiny and reflective like a shampoo commercial

I use decent shampoo and conditioner, don’t heat style that much, and my hair is pretty healthy overall, but it still looks kinda flat and blah. Is there some secret product or trick I’m missing?

Do you guys use hair oils, gloss treatments, masks, silk pillowcases, cold rinses, or is it mostly genetics? I’m willing to try whatever at this point lol.

What made the biggest difference for getting that super shiny, healthy-looking hair?

Am I the only one who is absolutely terrible at matching concealer?

I swear every time I buy one, it ends up either way too light and gives me that weird bright under-eye look, or it's too dark and just looks off against the rest of my face.

I've tried testing shades on my hand, wrist, and even in store lighting, but somehow I still get it wrong lol.

How do you guys find your perfect concealer match? Do you match it to your foundation, your skin tone, or go a shade lighter? Any tricks for figuring out undertones too? I feel like I'm just guessing every single time

Always messy when traveling, is a travel makeup bag with dividers worth it.

Every time I travel my makeup ends up all over the place and I’m getting tired of it honestly. Brushes get dirty, powders crack, lip products leak, and then I waste time digging through everything trying to find one thing. I’ve tried using normal makeup bags but they just turn into one giant mess after like 2 days.

I keep seeing those travel makeup bags with dividers and compartments everywhere, and I’m wondering if they’re actually worth buying or if it’s just another overhyped thing from TikTok. I need something that keeps products organized but also survives being thrown into luggage without falling apart.

The problem is there are way too many brands and half the reviews online feel fake. I really want honest opinions from people who actually travel a lot and use them regularly.

Did one actually make packing easier for you or did it end up being another thing taking space in your suitcase?

How do you tame flyaways without looking greasy?

Does anyone else get irrationally annoyed by those tiny baby hairs/flyaways that stick up no matter what I swear I’ll do my hair and then 5 mins later I look like I touched a balloon lmao

Every product either does nothing or makes my roots look greasy af. How are y’all taming flyaways without ending up looking oily by noon??

Traditional curlers don’t hold, does an electric eyelash curler actually work better.

I’m honestly getting frustrated with regular eyelash curlers because my lashes literally fall back down in like 10 minutes. I’ve tried different techniques, heating the curler a little, waterproof mascara, expensive mascaras… still the same problem. My lashes are straight and kinda stubborn and I’m tired of wasting money on products that only work for 5 seconds.

I keep seeing people talk about electric eyelash curlers and saying they hold the curl longer, but I can’t tell what’s real and what’s just sponsored hype. Do they actually make a noticeable difference compared to normal curlers? And are they safe to use regularly without damaging lashes?

If anyone here has genuinely tried one long term, I’d really appreciate honest opinions and brand recommendations that actually work. I don’t want another gimmick sitting in my drawer lol.

Anyone Else Feel Like Their Skin Changed Overnight After 50?

I swear the products I used for YEARS suddenly do nothing lol. My skin got drier, makeup sits weird now, and don’t even get me started on my neck area.

I’m trying to rebuild my whole routine and would love real recommendations from women actually going through it. What beauty products are genuinely worth the hype for mature skin? Moisturizers, foundations, serums, anything honestly.

I want stuff that makes skin look healthy and glowy without feeling heavy or settling into every line bonus points if it’s not crazy expensive lol.

Like I’ll Apply It And It Looks So Good At First, Matches Perfectly, Skin Looks Smooth, Everything Cute… Then I Check The Mirror Later And Suddenly I Look 2 Shades Darker And Weirdly Orange?? Especially Around My Mouth And Nose Omg

I’ve Tried Different Primers And Setting Powders But It Still Happens With Some Foundations. Is This Oxidation?? How Do You Stop It?? Do You Buy A Lighter Shade Or Is There Some Trick I’m Missing Lol.

My Hair Ends Keep Snapping Off Before It Can Get Long.

Does anyone else feel like their hair grows and then the ends just decide to self destruct.

Like I want long healthy hair so bad but my ends keep getting dry and snapping off between trims. I already try not to use heat too much but clearly I’m missing something lol.

What actually helped you keep your ends healthy? Oils? Silk pillowcases? Leave in conditioner? Protective styles? I need real people advice because my hair is fighting for its life at this point.

Thinking of upgrading my space, is a vanity desk with lighted mirror worth it.

I’ve been thinking about getting a vanity desk with one of those lighted mirrors because doing my makeup in bad lighting is actually driving me insane lately. Half the time my foundation looks fine indoors and then terrible in daylight. I also want my setup to feel more organized instead of everything being scattered around my room.

My problem is I keep seeing mixed reviews on almost every brand. Some people say the lights stop working after a few months, drawers feel cheap, mirrors wobble, or the desk starts peeling fast. A lot of them look cute online but then the quality apparently doesn’t match the price at all.

For anyone who actually owns one, was it worth the money long term? Did it genuinely improve your routine or was it more of an aesthetic purchase? I’d really appreciate real experiences and reliable brand recommendations because I don’t want to waste money on something overpriced that falls apart fast.

Why Are The “Blackheads” On My Nose Impossible To Get Rid Of?

My nose is literally covered in those tiny black dots and nothing I do seems to clear them.

I’ve tried pore strips, scrubs, masks, squeezing them (bad idea lol), and they always come right back. At this point I can’t even tell if they’re actual blackheads or those sebaceous filament things people talk about on TikTok.

What ACTUALLY made a difference for y’all? Like products, routines, facials, tret, salicylic acid, oil cleansing… anything. I just want my pores to look less clogged and nasty without destroying my skin barrier lol.

I’m trying sooo hard to avoid extensions because the upkeep is just not for me.

I’ve been using mascara and curling them, but I really want that naturally long/fluttery look without fake lashes. Do lash serums actually work or is it mostly hype?? And has anyone noticed oils/castor oil helping or nah?

Drop your favorite products, routines, hacks, anythinggg.
