I need some feedback
I started going to the gym again after some years, im pretty much skinny fat and dont have much strength so my goal is to try and do a body recomposition. (165cm, 61kg, 21yo)
I think 4 days a week is good for me and i stay around 1 hour at the gym.
Anything i should reconsider or improve in the routine? I did as much scientific research as i could to improve my gains.
Also, i think i dont have good posture since i stay at pc the rest of the day working and playing videogames, any exercise i could include to fix this?
