I just finished listening to the flank with Exceed talking about the rep chat and lack of response. Heres my solution:

Create a poll around the GA at question. Each teams rep must make their pick on the poll within X hours. If a teams rep doesn’t make a selection within X hours, the team should automatically get banned from scrims for Y days/weeks.

This will force each team to make a choice without joining in on a conversation. What do we think?
