Defective FlipperZero Issues

Has anyone ever received a defective FlipperZero and if so, how did you go about it?

I received a Flipper with a stuck power button a while back. I created a support ticket and received instructions with this link https://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/Flipper+Zero+Teardown/151455#s315150
to take the Flipper apart and send a picture of the device's internals.

Although I insisted to send the device back to the support team to take a look, I was informed I had to disassemble and send the pictures myself.

I recently sent the requested picture below.

After few days, I received the following reply: "In the picture provided, our engineers have found the traces of traces of self-repair/modification attempt and possibly water damage. This is not covered by the warranty".

This is a new device that has not even been used yet. I took it apart as requested by the support team and the device was not wet or there is no water damage to the device ever since received.

Has anyone experienced similar issues and how did you go about it?
I was expecting a better service and be able to start using the device but I am disappointed of the reply I received.

Any help will be much appreciated.
