If I’m mainly looking to grill, is a Joe worth it?

I’ve been transitioning to charcoal grilling from gas over the last year and have been absolutely loving it.

My main grilling involves more of a yakitori style with use of binchoutan charcoal to grill protein with extremely high temperatures. The biggest issues I’m having at the moment are that the tiny grill I’m currently using requires me to cook multiple pounds of meat in many, MANY batches and that large diatomite konro grills are just not available in the US at the moment.

I have no experience with low and slow cooking methods for grilling(though I do reverse sear all of my steaks). I also have no experience with properly smoking a meal.

I’ve used Weber kettles, but found that the sear I’m getting on meat and general temps just feel lower than I would expect given the amount of charcoal i was working with.

I’m open to any suggestions, but I was wondering about any suggestions yall have for a grill to address my problem. I’m interested in slow cooking, but not the biggest priority for me. Money isn’t really the biggest problem for a grill like this so I’m willing to shell out a bit more for something high quality that will last me a while.

Thank you for the help!
