I love the multiple pov’s!
I finished Morning Star ages ago and started Iron Gold right after, but was immediately turned off because of the switching perspectives. After trying to start that book like 3 times I finally made it through and came to love the pov’s, especially Lyria’s. Now reading Dark Age and I think the differing POV’s were so necessary to building up Darrow. In Iron Gold both Lyria and Lysander talk about the legend Darrow has become in some way.
Chapter 16 of Dark Age was just insane and really highlighted how well the swapped perspectives work. I thought Lysander’s squad would put up at least a bit of a fight. But he just gets wiped and, Darrow in the next chapter calling them light resistance just hit so hard.
