I broke my own rules yesterday and corrected today, but most importantly I’ve found my rhythm

It feels good to be beating the S&P500. I finally found my rhythm but yesterday (see the weekly P&L) was rough.

I took double my usual position and attempted a revenge trade that almost worked but fell through because I trade during my 9-5 and I got distracted.

I permit myself 1-2 small over trading ideas a day which as you can see sometimes work but often times shaves off some profits.

Aside from holding some stable stocks and dividend earners I day trade SPY 0DTE contracts.

How would you tackle this bathroom issue?

I’ve been fighting bathroom ceiling paint chipping for nearly a year and I’m at my wits end. I decided to add wall tile after a contractor in my family provided the advice. The ceiling isn’t drywall but what I can only assume is concrete or something similar. I’ve done scrapping, repainting, shellac priming, double and triple coatings and it all eventually comes down to this. pics for clarity

How would you tackle this, my next thought is get rid of this weird texture situation and skim coat plus priming plus painting coats but I don’t want to keep throwing money at this every few months.

Edit for clarity: forgot to state the ceiling is peeling in two portions: roughly 5-8 inches above the shower head which is drywall as far as I can tell (strange 70’s condo design) and the concrete ceiling.
